Cesar Azpilicueta was seen accompanying Antonio Rudiger when Chelsea’s defender report a racial abuse incident to the referee.  On the 63rd minute Antonio Rudiger and Cesar Azpilicueta were seen talking to the referee, and at that time, Antonio Ruediger mimicking a monkey gesture, replicating what fans had done to him previously.

What happened at that time was, Antonio Rudiger, saw a Tottenham Hotspur fans abusing him by mimicking a monkey gesture, right after Son Heung Min had a straight red card for violent conduct after appearing to kick out Antonio Rudiger after he had been failed inside the Chelsea half, with the home side already trailing 2-0. After seeing that, Antonio Rudiger reports the act to his captain, Cesar Azpilicueta, and right after that, they are heading to the referee and told what happened.
