Christian Pulisic has seen on the training ground with Borussia Dortmund two weeks after sustaining a right-thigh injury. The midfielder got the injury when he defending The United States in an international match against Chile. The 20-year-old seen participated in the training for a two-hour session.
Christian Pulisic strained his right quadriceps in a 1-1 exhibition draw against Chile on March 26 in Houston. He scored in the fourth minute but then left late in the first half following his injury. He exited the friendly match against Chile with a right quadriceps injury. He left the match at BBCA Compass Stadium in the 36th minute and walked slowly to the bench, where he had his upper leg wrapped with ice.
Even though he couldn’t finish the game he had scored his 10th international goal on the early minutes of the match and become the United States youngest player to reach that mark. Christian Pulisic has been bothered periodically by leg injuries as per this season. He missed a lot of important matches and the injury seems to be repeated. But the condition had not restrained Chelsea’s desire for recruiting him. As a matter of fact, Chelsea already gets done his contract early this year. He signed the contract at the winter transfer window but had to stay at Borussia Dortmund as a loan for the rest of this season. It means he’ll joining Chelsea at the end of this season. That amount makes him the third most expensive player at Stamford Bridge after Kepa Arrizabalaga and Alvaro Morata.
